Probate Service
I can either visit you at home or I offer phone and video appointments whichever is more convenient for you.
Once you are happy to proceed I will contact all the banks, building societies, and relevant institutions to obtain the information required to complete the HMRC and Probate application forms.
We would then have a further meeting to ensure the information presented is correct and to obtain your signatures before sending documentation to the Court.
I will help take you through the remaining statutory requirements.
I will endeavor to complete the administration process with you as quickly as possible so the estate can be distributed to the beneficiaries.
