I will arrange an initial meeting either at your home or if you prefer a phone or video meeting without obligation to discuss your needs and personal circumstances and ensure your understanding of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
We will then discuss the appointment and suitability of your attorneys and the important role they may need to play.
Further information will be collected to complete the legal documentation.
I will then complete the statutory documentation before returning to ensure your full understanding and signing and witnessing of documents.
Before the document can be used it needs to be registered with the Office of Public Guardian and I can guide you through this process.
It is then important that the documents are retained safely and securely.
